Record # is the same for 2 different people
Naturalization Records, 1843–1991 [Part A][M3H3-5FZ]
Image 1 has the Record # 10017215. The name is not readable
Image 3 has the same Record # 10017215, Name Draga Kroshjar, On his Petition for Naturalization (Image 2) shows no spouse or children
Should I leave as is or make a note of it. Which is correct?
Thanks,

For Record one the name in the Oath of Allegiance is readable and you can make out the words Gisela Babette Strattan. We do what we can to interpret what is there. You did correctly if you cannot interpret parts of the name by using either the * for many characters or ? for one character. For the third name you would only use the name in the Oath of Allegiance. However, you can gather clues from other letters or names in the document to help you to ascertain what the name is. We encourage you to make your best judgment. If you look at image 2 and decide that the letters in image 3 are the same - I would go with what you feel is accurate from image 2. Again, use your best judgment. Also, the record numbers are not the same.

Thanks KlaRees, I've corrected the Name on Image 1. Also, Image 2 and 3 are the same person, You are correct the #'s are different. I had not enlarged that section on Image 3. It's getting late.
THANK YOU Catching the #'s I try to check the images before submitting them
