I've downloaded batches from Middlesex, England, but no image shows up. Can you please explain why. It does show that the project is still on going.🤔

    When you click on the batch, there is no image? The first thing I would do is close the program, exit my browser, and start over. If that doesn't clear things up, then you may need to clear your cache, delete temporary files, delete FamilySearch cookies. Here's a couple of links that might help with the computer clean-up suggestion.
