Solving interface issue - start up page and adding ancestors is not working
After I log in, the initial page does not come up - it just goes into a spin that never stops. I can get in familysearch.com if I highlight one of the areas like "memories", etc. When I go to address a hint, I'm unable to do so due to the page that comes up is out of focus, overlapping, etc. Please help! Who can I work with to resolve?

Question: What, "Brower"; and, "Operating System", are you using?
Is the "Brower" compatible with 'FamilySearch'?
Are the, "Brower"; and, "Operating System", BOTH up-to-date with the latest version of each?

As ...
IF, a "Brower" is not one of those that is FULLY compatible with 'FamilySearch'; and/or, the, "Brower"; and/or, "Operating System", are NOT up-to-date with the latest version (or, the one previous to the latest version) of each; THEN, there can be problems/issue with 'FamilySearch.
And ...
Another thing, if the aforementioned are OK ...
Sometimes it helps to "Clear" the, "Cookies"; "Cache"; and, "Browsing History", from one's Computer.
As, such gets 'clogged' with OLD data/material that can affect CURRENT versions/operations/programmes.
Plus ...
Please be aware, that "Pop-Up" Blockers can often causing problem/issues.
