Add an Entry?

I did the delete blank entries but then found that I had missed an entry. How do add another entry after deleting the blanks already?

Go to the Entry preceding the one you need to insert and then use the Add Entry icon in the menu bar (left of Trashcan) to insert that Entry 'after the current Entry'.
