Thank you for providing the batch code, I have reviewed the indexing part and the indexed data does not correlate with what is on the records only the record type is correct.
We thank you if you correct the information and submit the batch as it is a small batch, but you may also return the batch to be re indexed.
First you need to activate the Labs function from Help (it will take you to a new tab)
Please check the box in Labs for Re index, refresh your page.
Go back to the tab where your batch is and refresh again the page.
Now you can go to Batch (first icon from left to right), and click on Re Index Batch
It will open a frame with reasons why you want to send the batch for re indexing.
- If many records are missing, but what’s there is correct, select Keep the indexed data.
- If all or most of the information is incorrect or doesn’t match the image, select Delete the indexed data.
- Click Return Batch for Re-indexing.
Here are some image you would see.
Thank you for reviewing our Guatemala Records. We appreciate your help!.

I don't want to give you a wrong answer - just stating in agreement that this image and the attached index do not match - and I don't know why - it seems strange. Maybe the moderators can give you a better answer.
I would probably return it for re-indexing not saving the data. This involves enabling the 'reindex with reasons' options through Help (menu)> Labs. Refreshing the web indexing window after enabling that, and then Batch> Return batch and choosing the option to not save the data.
You could certainly change all the data and re-index this yourself as well.
I would probably hold onto the batch until you get confirmation that this should be done from a moderator though. See if there is anything else to recommend.

It makes no sense to me either. You can chose to return it and ask it to be reindexed or you can reindex it yourself. It is completely up to you!
