I skipped a name on a list. I would like to insert an entry to enter that skipped name. Is it possible?

We understand you would like to edit a list of names to include a new or different name. To what kind of list are you referring??

I'm new at indexing. I am working on Georgia Tax Records. On the sheet it shows two columns of names. The first column is the employer, the second column is the employee. I work down the page putting in the employer, then entering his employees. I forgot to list an employer. I just kept going down the employee column. Can I insert an entry for the skipped employer? I hope this explains the situation better.

If you are indexing and you still have the batch with you? Yes you can add or insert the entry.

Click on the Add entries icon on your tool bar and follow the directions.

Where would you like to insert choose one of the options.
