How to I add memories to an ancestor's whose profile is locked?

My great-grandmother wrote her personal history and I would like to add some of the stories she wrote onto her profile, but it is read only. Is there a way to get access to add these memories to her profile?

    @Zachary David Palmer

    Here is an article about read-only records that you might like to read.

    In order for us to help you, we would need the ID# of your great-grandmother's record in Family Tree. Could you provide that here? And then we can forward your request to a Specialty Team who will contact you.

    @Zachary David Palmer

    Thank you for the additional information. Your concern will be forwarded to a specialty department for review and resolution. You may be contacted by that team if they need more information.

    Please be aware that they take cases in the order they are received, and they may be busy.
