Looks like Lidia , age 4, Female, you may want to call into familysearch. This page cannot be magnified for more clarity. You can call in for Indexing and share you batch number and ask a specialist there to help you decipher the line. or share batch number here.

Thank you for your help with zooming in on the column. I can read that the wife’s name as Gizella Herczeg. It’s what is written underneath that I’m having a hard time reading.

    I agree:

    Wife Gizella Herczog

    Budapest, Dohány u. 8 Hung

    Map search:

    Here's a google map link: https://goo.gl/maps/TcGMCPsWHKDM5GyE6

Dohány u. Budapest Hungary (it's a street address)

So apparently Zoltan's wife's address in Hungary.

The closest you can get in FamilySearch map:

    https://www.familysearch.org/research/places/?searchTypeaheadInputText=Doh%C3%A1ny%20u.%20Budapest%20Hungary&text=Doh%C3%A1ny%20u.%20Budapest%20Hungary&focusedId=449826

    wife Gizella Herczog

    Budapest, Dohany u. 8. Hung.

The synagogue is on Dohány utca "tobacco street". In fact, Google Maps puts number 8 right next door to it, with only a parking building in between. I have no idea how many times the street has been re-numbered in the past century, though.

Heh. There's an administrative map of Budapest from 1908 that puts Dohány street 8 exactly at the synagogue:

    Julia,

Can you please tell me what is written underneath Gizella’s name. I am working on finding my biological grandfather and this could be a huge clue.

Julia…What I should have said is there any other person named with a relationship to Zoltan Herczegh.

I'm pretty sure the next person's nearest relative left behind is her father Stanislaw Huber of Stanislawowo, Galicia, but in any case, it unfortunately has nothing useful to add to Gizella and Zoltán. I don't see anything else relevant on this page. However, it's 1911, so it's the two-page register, and the last column on the second page is birthplace. Near as I can tell, it says Peczel, and there was a Zoltán born in 1880 to parents Simon Herczog and Sáli Weil entered in the Jewish register of Péczel, Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun county:

    https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS87-Q3XD-C?i=153&cat=270239

The scan of the second page is not very good, but I can make out that Zoltán's destination contact was his uncle L.J. Herzog in Lincoln, Nebraska.

I checked the Hungarian genealogy society's index of civil registrations for a Zoltán marrying a Gizella in district 7 (where Dohány utca is) or district 8 (where a Zoltán Herzog, merchant, lived in 1910), but it did not come up with anyone named anything close to Herczog. (Judging by the numbers, their index is basically complete for 7th and 8th district marriages.)

(Unfortunately, if they got married "back home" in Péczel, then the civil registration record is not online: Pest county did not take part in the record-preservation contract with FamilySearch.)
