Microfilm #2315250 are births for Cambridge, Massachusetts but the citation title is ""Massachusetts Deaths, 1841-1915, 1921-1924", database with images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FXJH-ZHC : 27 October 2020), George Leo Roche, 1908.

This is in reference to https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:4LLB-VVPZ

The person in question was born in Missouri. The indexed information matches what I know from other sources. However, the citation (and link to the original document) reference Texas Births and Christenings, 1840-1981. The record that was indexed is not provided, and there are over 3000 records on the microfilm. I did a spot check and the records I looked at are indeed all from Texas. So it appears an incorrect citation was applied to the indexed record.
