How do you use and get an answer for this page?
Where are the instructions? What does "My Feeds" mean? If the question is not in the correct place, will someone in Family Search reroute it?
Do humans work at Family Search? Sometimes I wonder because the nice missionaries cannot help me with a lot of my suggestions for improving the website! Instead, they imply that suggestions are not able to be done, or that it is not a good idea, or that the person who could actually help me is MUCH too busy to help me because I am a woman and they think they know more than a female genealogist who calls in for help. I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Short Answer: 'Yes', HUMANS, do, work; and; volunteer; and; help/assist, in 'FamilySearch'.
The "Community.FamilySearch" Forum was originally established on the basis of ...
Users/Patrons, HELPING / ASSITING, Users/Patrons
And, the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, has been quite successfully operating, that way for, a number of Years.
Most of us have had to learn the 'in and outs' of the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, by trial and error, the best way to learn.
And, earlier this Year, the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum had a TOTAL "Makeover", moving to a NEW Platform, that we are ALL 'just coming to grips with' - everything was NEW and DIFFERENT.
Now ...
That Said ...
Due, to the unfortunate 'Demise', of the 'FamilySearch' "Support" Case Management System, earlier this Year; and, with not immediate alternative (ie. "System"), the 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel), were basically "Moved" 'holus-bolus', into the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
As such ...
The "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, is now a COMBINED effort of BOTH, the Users/Patrons; and, the 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel).
As an aside ...
There will be ALSO be ANOTHER very 'Big' change to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum scheduled for the !st of November, juts a few Weeks away.
So, another 'steep learning curve' for all of us.
Now ...
You are not alone ...
Just about ALL of us, at some time or another, have submitted, "Ideas"; and, "Suggestions", for improvement.
[ Over the MANY Years ... ]
And, one's, "Ideas"; and, "Suggestions", for improvement, are MOST likely NOT "New".
But, just because one submits those, "Ideas"; and, "Suggestions" for improvement, does not mean that what one submits will be implement.
Just about all, "Ideas"; and, "Suggestions" for improvement, get "Considered"; but, that does not mean that they go further, they may get rejected.
And, many have been submitted countless times; and, still rejected.
Please be aware that ...
'FamilySearch' was created by the Church.
'FamilySearch', is NOT a "Commercial" Website.
'FamilySearch', is FREE to ALL.
There are many competing priorities in "Family Tree" (and, the OTHER Parts) of 'FamilySearch'; and, the are very LIMITED resources (eg, Funds) available to 'FamilySearch'.
Now ...
Being Female, has nothing to do with it.
I am Male; and, I have the exact same issues; but, in reverse.
In fact, I have encountered MORE Female (Personnel) in 'FamilySearch', than Male.
I know many Males doing Genealogy/Family History; but, that said, I probably know far MANY MORE Females doing Genealogy/Family History.
All the "Low" Level, of 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) can do, is pass the matter up and along the line.
The "Low" Level, of 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) have NO say on, what DOES; and, what DOES NOT, get implemented.
Consider yourself; as, ONE of MANY.
There are, MANY; Many; many, Users/Patrons, of 'FamilySearch', from ALL of the various Countries and Unions, from ALL around the World.
Just about EVERYONE wants their voice (ie. a Say) to be heard.
We can all have a voice (ie. a Say); but, that DOES NOT mean, that our voice (ie. Say) will be implemented.
Our voice (ie. a Say) SHOULD / MAY, at least, be considered, just NOT always implemented.
Just my thoughts.

We will try to answer some of your questions.
"My Feeds" are the various groups you belong to, or the topics you may choose to follow, or any bookmarks you create by clicking the flag across from the title of the post, beside the cog. Bookmarks can also be seen by clicking your profile circle top right on Community.
Questions can be moved to the proper category in Community. The question will say 'closed' in the beginning area, but by clicking on the title, you will be taken to other category area, where the question, and answers thread will be visible.
Brett answered the question about humans working here.
We like to get suggestions about how you feel things could be better. The 'Ideas' tab, on the left panel, is one place to put them. Suggestions and comments get the eyes of the engineers, and when several people give the same type of suggestion, things can change. You have to be patient, because it takes time to implement changes to such a complex program.
Another place to give Feedback is found at the bottom of most FamilySearch pages.
Hopefully this answers at least some of your concerns.
