How to resolve issue sending email request for permission to use Planner.
I am a ward Temple & Family History Leader. We are doing a Primary Activity, for the 8-11 year olds. We plan to share a pioneer or famous person story about each of the Primary Children. So, I used the FamilySearch Planner to send out emails requesting that the parents of the primary children allow me access to thier branch of the Family Tree, so I could use the Pioneer Discovery Activity to find a pioneer ancestor to share with each child.
This worked for most parents, but one parent said that he got the email from FamilySearch, he logged onto FamilySearch, and then pushed the button giving me permission to "help" him, but then he gets the "spinning" symbol that computers do when they can't do what you want. Below is a screen shot that he sent me:
Please let me know what he or I need to do so that he can allow me to look at his ancestors.
Thank you.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I am a Member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
Two (x2) thing to consider (and, try) ...
[ 1 ] Browser; and, Operating System
Firstly ...
Make sure, that the Parent, is using an 'up-to-date', "Browser"; and, "Operating System", compatible with 'FamilySearch'.
[ 2 ] Cookies; Cache; and, Browsing History
Secondly ...
An "oldie"; but, still, a "goodie" ...
Have Parent, "Clear" the, "Cookies"; "Cache"; and, "Browsing History", from the Computer that they are using.
That often (well, sometimes), 'does the trick'; but, not always ...
Finally ...
If all else fails ...
Get the Parent to try another, Computer; or, "Mobile" Device.
Just my thoughts.

Thank you. I will ask the parent to try these ideas.
