Indexing error- year of burial wrong, possibly for entire page
Patron feedback on an indexed record whose pages were not in sequence; burial dates for all persons on this page could possibly be in error.
"The year of death is wrong by one year. it should say 1825. You need to view the image - 004428663, Image 852 of 880, RH Page top RH Corner of Page, Entry No. 142, 4th burial on page. Check top RH corner."

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
FYI
I just took a 'look' at that "Source" in 'FamilySearch'.
There DOES NOT, appear to be any "Indexing" ERROR, with regard to that "Source", in 'FamilySearch'.
[ Nor, for that matter in "FindAGrave_com" ... ]
Whereas ..
The problem/issue, to which you allude, relates to the fact, that the "Source" is CURRENTLY attached to Two (x2) DIFFERENT individuals/persons, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', with the EXACT Same "Name" - there in lies the problem/issue.
And ...
Most importantly ...
BOTH of those Two (x2) DIFFERENT individuals/persons (in DIFFERENT Family dynamics) have the EAXCT Same, (1) "Name"; and, (2) 'Date' of BOTH, Birth; and, Death - which is possible; but, highly unlikely; as, they cannot have the same Grave.
Those Two (x2) DIFFERENT individuals/persons; being:
▬ Ada Catherine HALL ( KCDL-YHB ); and,
▬ Ada Catherine HALL ( LCD9-6L2 )
That is the problem/issue that need to be addressed/fixed.
Certainly NOT "indexing" Error.
That is a matter for the Users/Patrons (working on those individuals/persons) to address/fix.
[ NOT 'FamilySearch' ... ]
Just my thoughts.

@LR Heyn That is a little confusing to me as I only Index for Familysearch and don't work on Family Tree much. But, it doesn't look like those images have even been indexed by FamilySearch Volunteers. The film is there, but, there is no Image Index or Information yet. I always like to investigate these posts because people are quick to say that these were indexed wrong and it kind of breaks my heart a little to think they were "indexing errors".
When you search on these names, and view the images it says: "This image courtesy of West Sussex Council." West Sussex County Council, County Hall, West Street Chichester West Sussex PO19 1RN England
Then when you click on the link to West Sussex this pops up:
FamilySearch is not necessarily affiliated with the above website and fees may apply to access the site content.
For those two reasons, I don't think this has yet been indexed by FamilySearch and maybe the West Sussex Council would need to be contacted to make any corrections.
Maybe this will help, if not, sorry to take up your time.
