What happened to all my 'contributions'
Could anyone suggest to me what may have happened to my family information?
I found that someone else had entered a lot of my family tree. I worked with it for about 2 weeks. Then I realized that they had my mother as 'deceased'. She is not.
So, I changed it and Family Search notified me that her status was changed to 'Living'. I had already added many of my Mothers children and grand children to the TREE. No, possibly due to my mother's status of 'LIVING' having been changed, I I lost all the information about her siblings and all of their children.
Was this all due to the 'LIVING' status being corrected by FamilySearch offices? And is it possible to get it back?
Thanks for any help with this!

Understand that you were working with a record for your mother that someone else entered and they had made her deceased. The major tenet here is the living persons are maintained in private spaces controlled by the contributor. When you made her record living in then reverted to the control of the contributor. The records that you created for her children "should" appear as individuals but with no mother. IF you create a record for her and then search for the children that you created they should appear.
