Need help signing into membership account with ancestry

I already have a paid ancestry account need to change to a free membership account. I tried doing this with partner access and when I clicked on have an account I got lost.

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with converting your paid Ancestry.com subscription to the free account for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
