Jamaican Civil Registration Records

Not so long ago I used to be able to view the digital images of Jamiacan civil registration records at home. I have just done a search for an original death record I have seen before but it seems I can now only view the original record if I am in a Family History Centre or in an Affiliate Library. What has happened? This issue arose a few years ago when the Jamaican authorities started resctricting the ability to see original Jamaican birth, marriage and death records and there was a protest from those with Jamaican roots. The authorities relented and we were able to see the original records again on Family Search. Has this battle started all over again?

The catalog entry is https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/1538386 . When I clicked on a few sample records, the camera icon showing viewable on your home computer was displayed, but I had to sign in to Family Search first.

    Were you signed in?

Yes I was signed in. It seems to have just been a glitch. I have been able to access some images since I posted my original query earlier.
