I bought a DNA test a few yrs ago.

I cannot find the map that shows where my ancestors came from, where they moved to and what % of commonality I have to those countries. I cannot afford to take a new test. There was no warning, ever that I would be cut off from info at some point. Please let me know how I can find my genealogy into.

Thank you,

We cannot help you with the DNA test results information, but on Family Tree if you will click on the word/link Activities that is at the top of your screen, and then click "Where Am I From", you will find some of the information you listed in your question.

Click on My Heritage and you will see what % of commonality you have to different countries.

Here is a link from the Help Center about the Activities.

We hope this will help a little.

@Louise Scouten Where did you test? With what company? You need to contact the company where you tested.

I bought it from Ancestry. Isn't that who I contacted?

I had a list of my country of origin per centages plus a map of the countries they came from and where they settled, when.

I can't find the info anywhere just links to get me to take the test again. I feel ripped off.

You've contacted FamilySearch - not the same at all as Ancestry. FamilySearch does not sell DNA tests.

Here's a help article from Ancestry on DNA. https://support.ancestry.com/s/article/Locating-AncestryDNA-Results

Thanks. I was going in circles. One site connected to another and another.
