Incorrect duplication of records
Ancestors names are Henry Christopher Phillips (head) and Edith Charlotte Phillips nee Burgess (wife)
They have been duplicated as their children, how do we correct this, please

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Hm, with a question like that, you must be new to "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
Question: Are these the individuals/persons to which you refer?
▬ Henry Christopher PHILLIPS ( 9K21-CHX ); and,
▬ Henry Christopher PHILLIPS ( LL7G-YMN )
Both, with the SAME Spouse / Wife: Edith Charlotte BURGES ( 9K21-CHB )
Basically, you "Merge"/"Combine" them; so that, Henry Christopher PHILLIPS ( 9K21-CHX ) is the "Surviving" record (where: Henry Christopher PHILLIPS ( LL7G-YMN ) gets "Archived".
But ...

For starters ...
BEFORE you go ahead with that "Merge"/"Combine" ...
I would humbly suggest, out of courtesy, that in the first instance, that you at least try to make contact the User/Patron, who been heavily involved with BOTH those individuals/person; being, 'Julie Anne Messenger'.
Just to touch base; and, discuss the matter.
That is "Collaboration"; and, is part of what "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch' is all about.
You never know, they may be a distance Relative/Cousin ... that you now can have contact with.
You can contact her through "User Messaging" of 'FamilySearch'.
You simply select her "Contact Name", in one of the records, in either of the individuals/person concerned; and, when the "Pop-Up" (ie. "Modal") 'Window appears with her "Details", just select that "Send A Message", you will be taken to "User Messaging" of 'FamilySearch'; where, you can compose and send a message.
Once you have established contact, either of you can "Merge"/"Combine" those individuals/persons.

No, down south now.
We are just starting to open up - wasn't really a problem for us (we are not out in the Western Suburbs).
We used to live up there; and, have some of our Kids; plus, some of the Wife's Siblings, up there (Brisbane & Sunshine Coast), come up often.
Last time, was when the Border opened, just before Christmas, last Year - spent over x3 Months, up there.
[ And, lucky; as, we just beat the Border "Reclosure" by about x1 Day ... ]
