I am indexing marriage banns in England 1813-2021 but only 1 image shows up (2 records on it) but it wants 10 entries. I opened the reference images and it has 10 entries that I could do but each image says "For reference Do not index". What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for providing the share batch code of this project.

After reviewing your image I found this: You got 1 image only and it has 2 records of marriages banns for 2 entries. The two records are readable, however the system has given you more than 2 entries it has given you 10entries.

We should use image reference only when your bottom/last record ends in the following image not available to you, you use the image reference function in order to get the information for the record you are indexing. You image ends on a record on same document, so you do not need to index records from the image reference function.

After you have indexed all of the available records on the image, delete any extra or unused entries in the data entry area.

1. On the indexing toolbar, click the icon for Delete Entries represented by the trash can icon.
2. In the Delete Entries pop-up window, indicate whether to delete only the current entry or all blank entries.
3. Click Delete.
4. After you have completed your batch, click on quality check or click on submit your batch.

Same problem encountered here. Cannot submit as the program won't let me without entering data that is not there.

You should not index the Reference Images. If there are more entries than you have information to index then look for the Trash Can Icon and "delete all blank entries." Then you should be able to submit your work.

If it shows more entries than there should be, delete the extra entries, and then when all of the required information is in for the entries you do need, it should let you submit the batch. I hope this helps!
