Additional entries to image in Declaration of Intension

When I began indexing an image in a Declaration of Intension included a list of children. My local {MN) advisor agreed that they each be included as separate entries, which I did. Now, in reviewing, the same question arrises as in the instructions it says  "Do not index the names of parents, children, or other relatives that are listed on the document"

Then in G'nl. Ind. Guidlines is found instruction for including additional entries

Shall I erase that information, now presented by the indexer (since it's there it might be helpful) ?

The children probably will not have their own pages (if they are minors) since they will be granted citizenship under the name of their father. But, the researcher will see their names when they find the declaration.

It is unfortunate that your advisor did not read the project instructions. That is why it is always so important to share a batch when you have a question. But, with these Nats, the instructions are pretty straightforward! People just need to be sure to read them and the field helps.

Follow the instructions. Yes, you will need to delete those extra entries.
