Combine like feature ideas/requests/suggestions with 'current status'

There appears to be a long history of this search filter feature request which could all be combined into one remaining and currently 'open' filter request. So yes another idea - have 'open' status - or 'unresponded to' by FamilySearch - feature requests - as well as resolved/implemented. 'Resolved' status by FamilySearch development may not indicate 'resolved' to Familysearch Community - there might be further feature requests along the same lines.
So maybe I can use this as an opportunity to suggest combining these similar requests into upvotes for the previous similar request?
That could be a moderator task or a method to turn new request into comment on old request? Otherwise a delete option for these duplicate ideas/suggestions.
