In the birth registry photos, there are instances that age of parents are indicated, is there a platform where we can also help in encoding entries for birth year of parents? or it's the family itself doing the FH work will be the one to give efforts to interpret the data from the attached photos of the records?

    Yes, if the Index has no Entry field for age/birth year of parents - there's no where to save that data. The researcher will have to extract that data.
