Can't Remember User Name

Hello - I am located in England, and am helping another person who has onset dementia and cannot remember his user name.

He isn't able to easily access e mails and phone calls but would like to go onto FS by signing in himself - with a helper nearby.

His details are

User name NOT KNOWN

Absent more direct assistance, and for the benefit of other readers:

Likely his login name is the same as his display name, so if you look at Family Tree pages of some of his recent ancestors you may be able to find his display name there. Or, if you have him watch over your shoulder as you browse, seeing the name may trigger his recall.

Go to the sign-in page of FamilySearch, click "Forgot Username and Password". You can recover of the username, and then reset his password. Use the article link below for specific information.
