Birth record in the document is 7 Oct 1891!!!!!!
Not the 17th !!!! It was transcribed incorrectly.
The edit feature only allows the father name to be corrected. There should be an easier way to submit corrections such as this!

@Marilyn Wethington It wasn't that long ago that no Edits were available. So true, not every entry on every record can be edited now. Until that happens you can go to "Son" Unger's PID, attach the source if it has not already been attached. Then go to the Sources section, find that source and click on it, then click Edit, there under "Describe the Record (Notes)" you can explain that the record was indexed/transcribed incorrectly etc.
