FYI
Contrary to the previous 'Answer'/"Comment' ...
'NO', 'FamilySearch', DID NOT. do away with the ability to either,
(1) Speak to a "Person" via the Telephone; and/or,
(2) Communicate through with a "Person" via a "Live ('On-Line') Chat".
It is STILL there, just NOT the same, as it used to be.
It is STILL through "Contact Us" ...
Steps ...
▬ Select the "Help"; that being ,the 'Question Mark' in the 'Circle', TOP Menu, 'right-hand-side/corner'
.... [ Any page/screen ... ]
▬ When the "Pop-Up" (ie. "Modal" 'Window') appears, go to the "Bottom" of that.
▬ Select "Contact Us".
That beings up, the "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch', being:
Contact Support
https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/contact-familysearch-support
Where, you should have, depending on you location in the World, the opportunity to either,
(1) Speak to a "Person" via the Telephone; and/or,
(2) Communicate with a "Person" via a "Live ("on-Line') Chat".
Just please be aware, that it may be suggested, during your, "Telephone Call"; and/or, "Live" ('On-Line') Chat", that you should use this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
But ...
That Said ...
You are not obliged to do so; and, can actually have the matter, 'Taken' by the 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel), that take your, "Telephone Call"; and/or, "Live" ('On-Line') Chat".
And, Just please be aware, that 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel), that takes your, "Telephone Call"; and/or, "Live" ('On-Line') Chat", may simply post your matter here directly in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, for help/assistance/guidance.

I'm in a book of ChristChurch and it won't turn the page to go on. How do I do this?
