Multiple articles for one person. I am finding that there are other newspaper article reporting the death of one person. How do I record these multiple articles. Do I put all the info and others under one deceased or make a new deceased record with all the others listed under it.

You create a new record for each obituary, death record, or newspaper article involving a death or multiple deaths. Those smaller articles are death announcements and should be treated the same as a full obituary.

    • Index each obituary independently from the other obituaries even if multiple obituaries are for the same deceased individual.

If you ever need to look at the project instructions once you close them, you can click on the last icon in the toolbar, or the blue Project Instructions link at the bottom of each entry form.

PS the multiple articles are just reports of the deaths not an obituary
