Problem with SEARCH, PLACE,
Under CATALOG, SEARCH, then PLACE -- When I try to enter the name of a location -- say Arkansas -- as soon as I enter the letter "A", the system starts to search without letting me make my full entry. Of course, it is overloaded searching and I get nothing. Are you working on this area? Is there a phone number I can call and speak to someone?
Thanks.

We appreciate your input about your experience searching in the Catalog.
As we duplicate your experience, we find if we continue typing the place name the system finds it rapidly. For instance, when we type "Ark" we see a link for "United States, Arkansas" as our 3rd choice, and "United States, Arkansas, Arkansas" as our 4th choice. We believe the secret is to continue typing and let the system catch up. It seems to load very rapidly.
If your computer is not loading as described, you might want to do a little Housekeeping by deleting your computer cookies and temporary files. We find this often helps the system run better.
There is a phone number you can call to discuss what you are seeing. Under the Help Center, choose Contact Us, and then scroll down to North America. You will find this phone #: United States 1-866-406-1830.
Best Wishes.
