no extractable data

How do i mark a file as no extractable data once i have marked it as extractable

    Click on the bar above the blue bar that says Step 2: Entries. Click on Step 1: Images and mark the image No, No Extractable Data.

    It won't let me do this. I can't figure out why not. I got a batch that was done incorrectly and it's filled with non-extractable data that was marked 'Yes."

    please give the batch code in brackets, ie [XXXX-XXX] and the Project Title then keep the batch in question in your queue and wait for an answer in this Forum--much quicker than a call back in most cases 😎
