Community Feedback - Add ability to edit and delete comments.

I’m hoping for the ability for users of all levels to have more agency over our own contributions regardless of our ‘level’, such as being able to delete our own discussions or comments, rather than having to rely on admin to do so on our behalf. This is pretty standard across a broad range of forum and social platforms and it would be great to see implemented here.
