Research Help: Wrong municipality in indexed records for Moerbeke-Waas (Moerbeke-bij-Lokeren)
1) In GWD3-BNF I saw that the suggested records are (in the original handwritten text) for Moerbeke-Waas (Moerbeke-bij-Lokeren), but they have been indexed as 'Event Place: Gent, Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium'. In the handwritten original text it is clear that these documents are for Moerbeke and not for Ghent. (Also for some already attached documents in GWD3-BNF, such as her marriage certificate.) Probably this error occurred for many records for Moerkerke.
2) Images: You can select several municipalities with the same name 'Moerbeke': a) Moerbeke-bij-Aalst does not exist and should be removed. If somebody already used it in FamilyTree, he/she has a problem. b) Moerbeke-bij-Geraardsbergen is OK. c) 'Moerbeke, East Flanders' must get a new name: Moerbeke-Waas is the most current name, but some documents were already indexed as Moerbeke-bij-Lokeren (less commun, but also correct).

You might want to copy this message to the section called Research Tools or Sources. This is not really an indexing problem, but, more a waypointing issue.
Here are links to knowledge articles about how to correct or edit a place in FamilySearch places and also how to suggest new places.
