On the FamilySearch web interface, top right corner, is a ? in a circle. Click that and enter some key words for your question. One result is this Help Center article:

In this case, there is no Possible Duplicate hint because the two woman are attached to the same parents, as sisters, so they could be twins.
I took a peek. There is a christening record for Elinor but not for Helena. Helena has lots of other records, and between Elinor and Helena there is only a single set of records. Merging them would be appropriate.

Please note that the same name does not equal the same person. Go into each ID and do a preview in the merge by ID area in Tools on the right side up and down bar area. Make sure they are the same person before to proceed any further. If they are the same person then yes merge. If in doubt please consider doing more research on both IDs

I came across a mother, Aaltje Kramer GHKY-B9X, born: 14 Aug 1792 Putten, Gelderland, Netherlands who is also listed as her daughter, Aaltje Krammer 9VSW-SKY, with the same birth and death date.
