We need a bit more information. Are you indexing or reviewing? If you are doing indexing or reviewing we can help you better if you give us a batch number. The batch number is located in brackets at the end of the name of the batch.
Are you trying to put in information into Family Tree? Are you trying to add a memory?
If you can be a bit more specific of what you are trying to do we can direct you to the correct team that can help.
Thank you for contacting FamilySearch.

I'm new at indexing. I have had no training. Hopefully they will have a class to show myself and others how to do this. I think I'll wait before doing any more until someone can sit down with me and show me how to do it. Safer that way.

Probably what was happening is after you entered all the information from your image you had unused entries so the batch would not submit. You needed to delete those unused entries. But, without much information it is hard to say.
There are a few excellent video presentations that will teach you how to index.
The first one is my favorite. It was a presentation by Jason Pierson from FamilySearch who worked to develop web-indexing. The actual lesson starts at about the 8 minute mark in the attached link.

The second one I like to recommend is a little bit outdated as changes were made to make the program more user friendly after the video was produced, but, the basics are the same!
