Relationship Linage.
Why does it not show 2 or more Relationship lineages? For Example, I have an 8th Cousin, 2xRemoved, But when I look him up, it said he is the husband of my 7th Cousin, 2X Removed. - As I did some research on this, I found that his Father is my (blood) 9th Cousin, 1xRemoved, which would have made him my 8th Cousin, 3xRemoved as well as the Husband to my 7th Cousin, 2XRemoved.
So it should look like this - Relationship (name here) My 8th Cousin three times removed / Husband of My 7th Cousin Two Times Removed.
I know you can not show the family linage in the tree structure. But you can make it, so it links to how you are related to the one that does not show up.
PS. Nice to be able to print this pop-up too. So I can go back and do some research.
Note: with this relationship, I am related to a cousin via my mother and father's side of the family.
Please put this on your To-Do List. (hoping to see it in about 3yrs lol).

WHY is nobody from FamilySearch answering my Post.
This is annoying be-on the point of craziness, and I need an answer.
BLOOD COMES 1ST! - I still am not understanding why I get a Wife/Husband in my Relationship when there is a direct bloodline. I am having to do extra steps in order to find the correct path.
Why not just type both, with the bloodline 1st.
08 Cousin, Two Times Removed & Husband to your 09 Cousin, One Time Removed.
How hard can this be?
I am married to a Computer Programmer and he said you should be able to do this simple enough.
If other 3rd Parties and Geneology Programs can have printable Relationships, then FS should too.
or at least have it open to a page where you can see it better.
thank you from a long-time user of this site.

It hasn't been three years yet!
Seriously, the programmers never come here. The ideas posted, we have been told many times, do get sent to the right team as appropriate. But they do not come back to comment on whether a suggestion has been, is now, or will ever be considered. I have seen good ideas presented over the years that do eventually appear. Usually between six months to several years later. But no, we do not need answers about any idea we might have.
I suspect there must be an initial screening of ideas with an idea being either taken for consideration or rejected.
Of those taken for consideration, probably the next stage is to decide what type of category it falls into:
- Emergency repair.
- Needs to be done.
- Want to have done.
- Would be fun to have done.
- One of these days will get around to it.
The higher the priority, the sooner something is going to be done. I don't know how much you wander around these boards, but you may have seen that currently the FamilySearch programmers appear to have their hands full. Source Linker acquired a major bug that had to be fixed. Indexes got corrupted by bad auto-standardization routines. The Search routine always needs improvement. Half the website is still the old style seen on a person's detail page and not the new style as found in a person's change log.
Since the multiple relationship lines you want to see are so easily available elsewhere, such as at Relative Finder which pulls the relationships directly from Family Tree, I suspect that reproducing that function here is a very low priority. If you are not familiar with Relative Finder, you should go play around there. It will give you far more than just the two relationship lines you are requesting. For example, if I put in my wife's paternal grandmother and her maternal grandfather, it shows the ten ways they are related.
