Ideas Regarding the New Search format.
It actually refuses to accept any information at all, it is not good any more, it's a fight, any information that that you enter ends up being rejected by the filtering system and it sends you going in circles & you gain nothing !!!, the old way was far simpler and more productive. Sorry, but it's like getting into your own computer when you forget the password.

@Marjorie J JACKSON, I am sorry that you are having problems with the new Search format. I believe that engineers are still looking for feedback, and your problem sounds like something they would like to see.
Please notice, when you go to the new Search page, that a Feedback button appears on the right side (about midway on your screen). If you click the Feedback button you can provide either generic or specific feedback.
You might consider providing specific examples of the the problem that you describe, as it is often easier to address a specific problem.
