Your New Discovery page is not reflecting profile changes. The profile on this page has been corrected and the page has not been amended. Please see the

attachment for clarification.

This was not a married couple, also her information is incorrect.

George J. Melms 1918-1953

Verna Landsperger 1917-1977

The correct marriages should be as follows.

----------------------------------------------------

Verna Marie Landsperger id# K6S6-F79

spouse

Waldo Blackburn Barley id# LBMN-4RD

-----------------------------------------------------

Verna Catherine Fritch id# G8G2-HYG

spouse

George John Melms id# K4X7-T7M

I believe I have documented all of the correction fully with source material. At any rate your Algorithm needs to be fluid to pick up changes in profiles.

    @JDHellenberg

    FYI

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearchj" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just briefly ...

Please be aware, that when a "Change" in made, to an individual/person, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', that has a "Discovery Page", that it takes a couple of "Weeks" for ANY "Change" to be Updated (ie. Appear) on that individuals/persons "Discovery Page".

    Such "Change" is NOT "Immediate".

Plus, the "Data" it taken from the "Standardised" 'Date'; and, the "Standardised" 'Place', not that; as, "Entered".

ALL the actual "Details", are pieced together, from the "Data", for an individual/person, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'; as such, NOT as "Entered", by the User/Patron.

The "Discovery Pages", are NOT a COMPLETE "Carbon Copy", of the "Details", of an individual/person, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

The "Discovery Pages", are ONLY a "Summary", gleaned from, the pertinent parts, of an individual/person, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'; and, DO NOT include, the likes of, Other Marriages/Children; or, "Living" Family members.

The "Discovery Pages", are ONLY to enable an individual/person to be FOUND in an INTERNET Search.

[ ie. To bring OTHERS, to "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch' ... ]

The "Discovery Pages", are NOT meant to be, a COMPLETE narrative, of an an individual/person, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch' - just a place to be found; and, maybe a 'Starting Point' for some People ...

The "Discovery Pages", are NOT meant to replace what is, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

    [ For an individual/person ... ]

    That is all ...

    Nothing more, nothing less ...

Again, this is just briefly ...

I hope this may help, somewhat.

    Brett

Thank you for your explanation. I look forward to the changes to be made. And the old computer saying "garbage in equals garbage out". 🤔
