Hi @JanertDuck
When we work in Family Tree, we can edit information from the details pages of the records that are created. To get to the details, click your name on the Pedigree View, then click Person at the bottom of the Summary Card that generates. Once on the Details page, be certain each field on the left is open but making sure the arrow points down for each category.
You can click the Edit link which will appear to the right of any of Vital information that needs to be corrected.
If you are working with the mobile Family Tree app, instructions about working from the details pages is provided as part of the following knowledge article about editing Vital Information. We have also provided an article about correcting parent-child relationships and about removing an incorrect spouse.
These articles provide instructions for both the web-based program and for the mobile app.
Should you need to find similar knowledge articles, sign into your account, then click the circle with the question mark which appears at the top of the FamilySearch web pages. Type a phrase about what you want to do, then click Enter to generate a list of knowledge articles that can provide instructions.
We hope this information is helpful. If there is something specific that needs to be corrected that is not included in these articles or in a knowledge article that you try to find, please be specific about what needs to be corrected and we will continue to try to assist you.
