The numbers do not show in the grantee column. What should be done to record this grantee?

Please post the share batch code to help you. You can post it in a new comment. Batch code of capital letters and numbers located at the end of the name of the project within square brackets.

Hi @thompsonglenngordon2 . Please do what @Mirevo has requested and post the Batch Code of your batch so that someone can look at it to be sure what your issue is.

But I’m going to try to help now anyway, making a guess that you’re working on one of the New York Index to Land Records Projects. I’ve opened a batch from the Erie one of those and was able to copy and paste the Company name you cited into “Grantee Corporation or Organization Name” Field in a blank Entry that I created. I’ve clipped and pasted it below. You can see the batch code in brackets at the end of the batch name. If this was your problem and your batch won’t allow this, post your batch code and wait for someone to get back to you.

Maybe you’re trying to type into a Grantee Field for a person. Those Fields don’t seem to accept numbers, and anyway a company name belongs in the Grantee field type I mentioned.
