Not sure if I should index just names or not

I am trying to index names from the military. The very first document has names only on it. In the instructions it did not say what to do with these and none of the project examples were just names. Not sure if I should index the names or mark it as no, nothing to index. Thank you.

HI, in the instructions for the US military rolls it states:

    • Some images to be indexed may contain only a name. Images that contain only a name should be indexed regardless of whether they include any other fields being indexed in the project.

As you have not shared the batch we cannot be sure if this is the best answer. Sometimes you can find the date information on the previous reference image.

I have found that to be the case many times.

    hope this helps.
