What is wrong in Indexing? Not receiving the image for reviewing records. Frustrating !!

I have been waiting for the image to appear for two days now. I have not missed indexing or reviewing each day for over 2 years.

    What projects have you tried?

May we ask what kind of device you use? What browser? This will help us to figure out what the problem is.

hmm i can understand missing a day after a huge streak. You can always save it for later though, and do another record of the same batch, or another batch entirely. i dont know how an image wouldnt appear. But if it doesnt show up, you can return it, or list it as no data if its just blank page. Someone else may get it and be able to see the issue, or if you submit it here we can see what youre talking about. Best of luck

I suggest you delete you browser History and Cookies, then try opening the batch again and see if the image loads then.

Without more information we can do as Ton123 has suggested.

The first thing would be to reset FamilySearch cookie by going to familysearch.org/cookies and answer yes to reset the cookies.

Have you turned off your computer since this problem started? If not try that.

What browser are you using? Has it recently updated? It should have for Chrome and Firefox. If your browser is current then try another browser. Recently guests have occasionally had to switch browsers twice. Edge has been one that is doing well. Use a different browser for a few days t hen switch back to your preferred browser, if you wish, to see if it is working correctly again.

These three housekeeping steps tend to solve a lot of 'oddity' issues. Come back and let us know if they do not solve the problem.
