BUG in hyperlink Formatter.jpg

When I click on the Batch Number to open the collection to search I am taken to the "Upgrade your Browser" Page, yet all other hyperlinks work correctly.

The reason the batch link fails is that the hyperlink format is wrong: https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?count=20&query=+batch_number:C04698-3

It includes the + character instead of the required presentation of that character i.e. %2B

Changing the URL to replace the offending character works. https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?count=20&query=%2Bbatch_number:C04698-3

Also the colon character 'should' be replaced with %3A, but as it happens, the URL is accepted with a colon.

Please file this as a coding error.
