Relative finder not working
Hi,
I didn't know if relative finder was down. I've been trying to get it to load to no avail for about a month now, off and on. I thought maybe it's being worked on, but can't seem to find out. I know it's free and doesn't always work but was just wondering. It's a cool service. Thank you.

As far as I am aware ...
(BYU) "RelativeFinder" is NOT, as you say, "Down".
(BYU) "RelativeFinder" STILL 'seems' to be working ...
But ...
That Said ...
It appears that there is DEFINTELY a problem/issue "Loading" one's "Ancestral" Lines ...
Of late, they never seem to "Load"; and, I have even tried the, "More"; "Settings"; "Update Tree" ...
Plus, I have tried, with the latest versions, of Three (x3) different "Browsers" [being, (1) 'Google' "Chrome"; (2) 'Mozilla' "FireFox"; and. (3) 'Microsoft' "Edge"], with the "Operating System" of "Windows 10" - to no avail, it makes no difference.
I have been a little preoccupied of late; and, have not had the time, to pursue the matter; and, make enquiries about such.
But ...
Regardless ...
Despite that ...
I have simply moved past that "Loading" problem/issue ...
And, I have just accessed the various Options/Features in (BYU) "RelativeFinder"; and, found that they all STILL 'seem' to work; but, that said, I am not certain whether or not, (BYU) "RelativeFinder", is taking into account/consideration, the latest additions ,to my "Ancestral Lines", in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.
Plus, my Wife and I, "Manage" a few 'Groups', in "(BYU) RelativeFinder, which seem to be working as normal.

I am a member of that 'Group', in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, which has been proffered, being, "(BYU) RelativeFinder; &, (FamilySearch) Family Tree":

There has been NO posts in the 'Group', on the matter that you raise, regarding the problem/issue "Loading" of one's "Ancestral" Lines in (BYU) "RelativeFinder".
As such ...
If you wish, you can certainly "Join", the 'Group'; being, "(BYU) RelativeFinder; &, (FamilySearch) Family Tree"; as a member; and, raise the matter, regarding the problem/issue "Loading" of one's "Ancestral" Lines in (BYU) "RelativeFinder".
Hopefully, some of the members of the 'Group', may have some insight regarding the matter.
But, please be aware, that the matter may have to raised DIRECTLY, with those at (BYU) "RelativeFinder".
As, as far as I am aware, there are yet, NO Official Representatives, from (BYU) "RelativeFinder", participating in the the 'Group'; being, "(BYU) RelativeFinder; &, (FamilySearch) Family Tree".
As an aside ...

But, there are a couple of OTHER options, that can be tried, to 'see' if they work ...
▬ "Clearing" one's, "Cookies"; "Cache"; and, "Browsing History"; and/or
[ IF, that does not work; THEN, ... ]
▬ "Revoking", the "Permission", for (BYU) "RelativeFinder", in one's 'FamilySearch' Account; and,
.... Subsequently, "Reinstating", the "Permission", for (BYU) "RelativeFinder", in one's 'FamilySearch' Account
I really do not know, whether or not, the aforementioned will help/assist; but, certainly worth a try.

I know that this certainly may not help; but, I hope that this gives you some avenues to pursue.
