Sliders on right side of search results page too close

I received this follow-up feedback from a patron:

"The split screens are a nightmare, and the functionality of the slider bar is very poor. What I mean is on the right side of my screen (PC with Firefox), the slider to move the search results up and down interferes with the slider to move the filter options. I have to very carefully select one or the other and I seem to constantly pick the wrong one and can't get to the parts of the filter or the results I want easily. I can't get a good screenshot of it to show more detail. I haven't had access to my double monitor this week, but I fear it will be even worse with that."
