Why did you ruin a good working website?

I am very disappointed with the changes you made and are making to the FamilySearch website. You took a very user friendly data base and turned it into something that is difficult and clumsy to use!!!!!!

Go back to your old data base - change is only good when it is an improvement the changes you made are not.

Have to agree. I've spent two visits looking for a group of images and no joy yet. It used to take less than a minute, but I've spent nearly 2 hours searching. So far.

You can always give feedback on experiences with FamilySearch. Please be specific in letting us know what you feel is clumsy and difficult. The article link below may be useful.

Or you can make suggestions by using the "Ideas" section to the left.

Also, it would be very helpful to some of us if we knew from where you were searching and not finding the items you hope to find. For instance, are you in the Genealogies or are you searching for something in Family Tree related to a specific ancestor and from that person's Details page? There have been changes in the Genealogies area and I wonder if that is what the issue is? Thank you for any information that would clarify the specific search issues.

I have to agree with the above comments from other people. Why the need to change something that was working well. Not everyone wants to read a vague article. in the help section there used to be a facility whereby you could explain in writing, your specific problem. Where has that gone? I need specific advice. Not, "Was this article helpful?" I am doing some work for a deceased member friend. I have the family's permission to do the particular ordinance. you used to be able to explain that you have permission to do the work and someone from Family Search would release the work if proof of permission was submitted, via "contact us" Where has that gone?
