What do we do when FS Search open in an error message"
I serve in the FHL and the records search will only open with an error message. Why doesn't someone in the library know who to contact? If no one else Guest Services who gets all the requests for computer problems needs to know who to contact so we get IMMEDIDATE help.

Perhaps this knowledge article from the Help Center will give you some guidance. You usually have clean up the computers temporary files and cookies, and sometimes even clear the browser history. The Related Article links at the bottom will give you more instructions on the process.

The FHL computers erase all information every night so they start fresh in the morning. So none of the above is any help.
