West Virginia Vital Records
The West Virginia Vital Records, linked from the West Virginia Culture Division, are not working when you click on them. Each time you click on the image you get a "403" Forbidden Error. Can you please fix the problem?
Here is a link as an example:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:F1LG-SZQ......when you click on the image, the error occurs.
Thank you ,

@Vicki Standing, unfortunately the the link that FamilySearch has for the West Virginia Culture Division is not working. Our engineers are working to correct the problem.
In the meantime, you can access their database directly by using the uRL, www.wvculture.org.
Once on their website, scroll down until you see RECORDS & DATABASES, Click LEARN MORE. Under the Explore Archives and History heading, select Births, Deaths and Marriages (databases). There you can select the record type that you would like to search.
I did test the site for your Florence Ratrie, and was able to find her.
I hope that this helps you find the record that you are looking for, and wish you suc

@Vicki Standing, I'm going to move this discussion to the Search section of the Q and A group. Please do not be concerned if you see that this discussion, in the Family Tree section, is marked as Closed. You can click on the discussion and you will be taken automatically to the same discussion the Search section.
This is being done so that this questions and discussions are sorted into the section that matches the nature of the discussion and question.

I believe the problem stems from a complete revamp of the wvculture.org website, breaking everyone's links (and making the usual kneejerk response about cache & cookies on FS particularly nonsensical).

This page is working for me to search, and then open images from the search results, in Chrome & Firefox:
https://wvculture.org/vital-records-interactive/
I had been trying unsuccessfully to get images to display at the below old link, and had tried various recommended work arounds, including trying different browsers and browser settings, without success. It was VERY frustrating, but the above link works.
https://archive.wvculture.org/vrr/Hope this helps someone else to not have to go through what I did. Happy hunting, all!
