How do I adjust the size of the batch images?
Here is the issue: I will have a batch that comes up and it will have, say, five images on it. But the batch size indicator calls for twenty images. I finish with the five and cannot submit the batch until I have spent time "blanking out" the fifteen other other images that the batch calls for.
Is there a way to adjust the size of the batch so that it matches the number of images available?
Thanks,

Hi George. Let’s get some terminology squared away first. But I think that you need to delete extra blank entries. See below.
The batch images are where we find the records (information about people). We index this information - capture it digitally - by typing it into entries. Entries are comprised of fields (e.g., Given Names).
One entry goes with one record. We don’t capture everything from a record, just what was agreed to with the data owners.
The system delivers a default number of blank entries with each image in a batch. It could be 2 or 50 or hundreds. It is a guess - you only use what you need to capture the information from the records on your images. And then you delete the rest. Use the trashcan icon with the option “all blank entries,” and click “Delete.” I think that this is your problem
if you need more entries than are provided, you add them using the plus sign (+) icon to the left of the trashcan.
Here is a link to the glossary of indexing terms.
