Error in marriage of Anne Marie Bryan to father & son, how to fix it?

It appears the "son" Richard 1655-1691 does not belong in this family; he likely is a cousin, or there are significant problems with the attached parent's dates. There is a note on his Collaborate page that his wife is unknown, and there are no historical records attached.
How I would address this is go to his details page https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/L1W8-HSL and under Family Members: Parents and Siblings, click the "pencil" Edit icon next to his name. In the pop-up, to the right of his name click the "–" Remove or Replace icon and remove him.

If the son Richard does not belong in that family, you can remove the son and someone else will find him. Do the remove process and Richard will not appear in that family.

When you go to the latest changes for Anne Marie Bryan 1642–1727 LBBF-W17, you will see that she was merged with LH1Z-2BR. This could be where the mistake happened. She was merged twice Nov 11, 2019 and latest change August 26, 2020. You should take a look at those merges and hopefully you can fix the problem. If you decide to unmerge them, make sure you contact the contributor that did the merge. Together both of you might be able to sort everything out. Good luck.
