Often times when there is something funny in the display of various items in Family Tree, it means that there is a living person record in the mix somewhere. That orange box does not show who his wife is that it applies to and it does not have an explanation as to why is it unavailable so I think an invisible to you and me living record is also involved here and that the preferred spouse flag, which is not present because only one spouse shows, is playing a role.
Go to Flossie's page instead of Glenn's. On her ordinance page the sealing for her and Glenn shows just fine, someone has shared it with the temple, and it is available for any of their authorized family to take and complete. I would assume that when it is completed, it will also show normally on Glenn's page and the orange square will still be there.
Keep in mind that Living just means someone that has never been marked deceased. If there is a hidden wife, it could be a duplicate of Flossie that is marked living. I hope that a moderator or someone else with administrative privileges sees your post and takes a look at this for you.
It also may just be that the relationship link between Glenn and Flossie got a little corrupted somewhere so the computer sees only that Flossie is married to Glenn but not that Glenn is married to Flossie. Support would also be able to get this to the right group to fix that kind of problem.
