Comments regarding new Search process

The changes have made it impossible to find even information that I know is on the website! Why has it been made impossible. I am sitting here crying as it is so frustrating. This used to be the site that I depended upon the most and I referred people to (I now have had to apologize to several people for referring people to the site!). Is Family Search going to provide us any information about how to do searches now? I have searched the website for it and cannot find it. I went to try to call, but the UK phone number has been removed. I will now have to call the US! This is extremely upsetting as I have used the site for years now. I suppose I will have to speak with the church members that I know to find out what is going on as I can no longer call anyone here. I thought Ancestry was bad, but not being able to even find information that you know is there is really bad! It might have been a thought to advise people this was coming.
