I am trying to send a message, but I only get "unable to send message". What is wrong?
Are you trying to send through:
or are you using the mobile Family Tree app on your phone?
More than likely it could be that you have a malformed address for the user your are trying to send a message to?
Perhaps you are trying to send a Message here in Community? https://community.familysearch.org/en/messages/inbox
Here is a similar issue where FamilySearch had sent an email notification of messages and the user was unable to respond by email.
Instead of replying within your email inbox try responding within the FamilySearch messaging system as pictured in the thread.
We will need a bit more information about which messaging service you are attempting to use to direct you better.
My message board cannot be accessed, it always gives an error message
