When your page / project is finished
Hi my name's Nessa, I working on mom's (Gloria) page, our ward is working on Barbados.
When I finish my project they are between 14 - 16 names. I am finding that I am having to "Blank" the extra ones to get to 25, and when I do I still can't get it to submit my projects.
I ended up doing 50 names then I accidently deleted them off mom's page without them being submitted so now I'm starting all over again.
I kept a spreadsheet of what I was doing and have attached it.
I've gone through the trial video things and read all the readings and nothing is working???
Can anyone help me please 😕

Hi Nessa. The project must be preset to 25 records. You only need to create an entry for the folks on your image. You need to delete the extra, unused entry forms. To do this, click on the trash can icon, select "all blank entries", click delete. Now you will be able to submit the batch.
If there is any field filled in these excess records then you will have to delete them individually or wipe out any data. For instance, if you used the copy forward tool and added Barbados to all the place names then that would have to be removed to get the trash can to delete all blank entries.
You never want to index extra names using the reference images to fill in the blank records. Just delete the excess forms.
